All payments made are non-refundable
Once campaign setup, ad creation, or service work has started, refunds will not be issued

Ensure landing pages and offers are legal and compliant
Approve creatives and campaigns on time
Delays caused due to missing inputs may affect delivery timelines.
All ad copies, creatives, strategies, and materials created by LeadsZilla remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
Clients may not resell, distribute, or reuse our materials without written permission
LeadsZilla shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential losses
Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities
Platform outages, algorithm changes, or third-party failures
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total service fee paid by the client.
All client data and information shared with LeadsZilla are kept confidential and used strictly for service delivery, unless disclosure is required by law.
LeadsZilla reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
False or misleading information is provided
Payments are delayed or declined
The client’s business violates advertising or legal regulations
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
