⚠️ All payments made to LeadsZilla are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • If ad campaigns do not perform as expected

  • If leads, sales, or ROI are lower than anticipated

  • If campaigns are in testing or learning phase

  • If results vary due to market conditions, competition, or platform algorithm changes

We invest significant effort into campaign research, setup, testing, and optimization, and therefore refunds or cancellations are not applicable once work has begun.


4. Campaign Testing Disclaimer

At LeadsZilla, we may test multiple ad campaigns, creatives, audiences, and strategies to identify what works best.

  • Campaign testing does not guarantee success

  • Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control

  • Even if campaigns do not work, no refunds or cancellations will be provided, as professional effort and service delivery are already rendered


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation does not entitle the client to any refund

  • Any remaining service period or unused time is forfeited upon cancellation


6. Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs

  • Advertising budgets paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads are non-refundable

  • LeadsZilla is not responsible for refunds related to third-party platforms

  • Any refunds (if applicable) are governed by the respective platform’s policies


7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Business closure or internal business issues

  • Delay in approvals from the client side

  • Account restrictions, suspensions, or policy violations

  • Dissatisfaction with performance or results

By making a payment through Razorpay, you confirm that:

  • You accept that results are not guaranteed

  • You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable
